Ich nehms als Unterstützung bei Klimmzügen! Das Band/Schlaufe oben um die Klimmzugstange rum, und wenn keiner mehr geht, einfach in das untere Ende des Gummiband reinsteigen mit einem Fuß, und weiter gehts. Perfekt fürs home gym!
