Thank you for making it available on Amazon.
I asked for this book at my regular medical bookstore but they said it is a subscription based product so, they do not have a stock. But I was able to buy it here at a reasonable price. I am grateful for it.

Good book but cheap tactics
Had to purchase with this useless combo of mind book. Why can't seller just list the original procduct without raising the price & and that too with something's no one gonna read.
