This is an amazing rebounder!!! I am in my 60’s and have some chronic pain in my back and hip. After reading reviews, I decided to go with this model instead of the PRO version, because it adjusts from soft to firm. Great decision. I knew I needed a softer bounce. It is so perfect, I can’t even describe my joy at finding one that feels like my 1978-ish one! That was one of the only times I have consistently exercised in my life, other than walking. I bought a rebounder with metal springs about 15 years ago, hoping for the same thing I had in high school. Nope, it was hard as a rock. Then I got a Little Tykes one, and it is so soft and bouncy, but I am not under 55 pounds (or 6 years old). Ummm, my feet touch the ground. Grandkids love that one. So this is the Goldilocks of perfect softness! I put on some favorite music and it is like going back in time 50 years, to when my body was healthy and young! I want to get one for each of my daughters, who are starting into perimenopause! Also, I ordered the stability bar so that will I feel a little safer getting on and off, and in case I have a dizzy spell. It will arrive tomorrow. Fun! Safe! Sturdiness and quiet!

This Rebounder is built to last. I was impressed with the quality and stability and the use of the balance bar. And I'm glad we purchased the solid frame because it was all put together except for the legs. All I had to do was to install the legs and add the balance bar. My wife and I enjoy using it because it is very quiet and we have set up in our living room. Currently, we're working on our balance and strength using it 30 minutes twice daily.

So far so good! I love my trampoline! It is very well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and very stable.

I had purchased a different rebounder back in November from Amazon, and after a month, I realized it wasn't going to meet my needs. I was able to return it and get this JumpSport foldable trampoline. It has a 275-pound capacity and is super durable. The legs are arched for the best stability, and all I have to do to assemble it is to screw on the legs after I unfold it. In fact, I have found a way to leave it unfolded for extra ease of assembly. One of the many benefits that I love is that just a few minutes gives me an energy boost AND I get many of my steps in. I just put some music, or bad TV on, and BOUNCE! I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a quality, fun way to exercise!

After doing some research on mini-trampolines I realized the most important things for me were A) Did it have a "soft setting" so I wouldn't get a sore back and joints after working out on it. And B) Could I adjust the settings if I needed a stronger bounce later. I LOVED that the JumpSport was automatically shipped to me set up for the softest bounce. And by that I mean, unlike most rebounders, all the bungees were already assembled. Most of the other brands require you to actually put it all together! And a lot of them only have one bounce setting. So after putting the legs on, it was ready to go at my preferred bounce. And it looks easy to adjust the bungie settings if I want to make it stiffer later on. I started slow as suggested by my research (getting the lymph flowing can bring up toxins and create headaches if you don't hydrate and take it slow for a few days.) But within a week I was bouncing along to all kinds of YouTube workouts for a longer period of time. And that brings me to the best part... I bounce on this thing every day. Sometimes just heading towards my kitchen for coffee, I'll stop for a moment and bounce for a minute or two, because it makes me feel like a kid again. My energy is up for sure from the extra exercise and I look forward to seeing more benefits in the months to come. This thing is cool just because it got me out of my office chair and enjoying moving again. :)

The frame is stable and of good quality. I chose not to get a foldable rebounder and added an extra handle for safety, which requires additional space. The price was midrange, making it a significant investment. Hopefully, the health benefits will justify the cost.

The Rebounder came early (!) and after reading reviews I was surprised that it was so easy to assemble and even easier to get up the stairs (I am a 69 year old woman!). I love it. As one person pointed out about using the provided tool to install legs, it is easier to turn at the first with the long end but then switch to shorter end to get more leverage for tightening. My safety bar will arrive on Friday but so far so good with the soft setting. It’s a silky smooth bounce. I can see that it will be a challenge to tighten up later. There needs to be some sort of tool to lever the chord past the knot. Really built well. Easy to carry to a new location yet the rubber toes keep it held in place. It feels secure. Expensive but good!

Fantastic alternative to lounging on the couch eating ice cream at night; I'm so glad I found an easy way to burn some calories while indulging in some mindless TV! Great quality, very stable and sturdy, but not too heavy. I LOVE that it doesn't make any squeaking noises like the cheapo versions, it's virtually silent. Simple to put together, took about 10 minutes. Came with a small tool to tighten the legs, a DVD with 4 workouts, and spare bungee. I put it smack in the middle of the living room so I would use it regularly. I wanted the folding option for longer term storage and/or travel, but for now when I want it out of the way I just stand it up against the wall, which works great. Basically I only do that when I need to vacuum because anyone who sees it wants to take it for a spin and it ends up right back in the middle of the room. Everyone who has tried it feels like a kid again! Easily adjusted to the firmness I prefer. Gentle bouncing is supposed to help break down cellulite (hallelujah!), and is one of the best ways to cleanse the lymphatic system, but putting on music and jamming out is an awesome way to get my heart rate up when it's cold or rainy outside too. Mostly I got it to prevent varicose veins, which I inherited a predisposition for...I had no idea how much fun it would be!

Somewhat expensive but very good build quality. Quite and stable when jumping.

E' arrivato un tappeto elastico non pieghevole come nella descrizione. Questo dopo che il corriere lo aveva anche smarrito. Per la cifra che l'ho pagato ce ne sono altri molto migliori. Avevo scelto questo proprio perché era trasportabile . Tuttavia la venditrice si è dimostrata disponibile almeno ad un parziale rimborso e l'ho apprezzato.

sehr überzeugend. Hochwertig, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ich habe lange überlegt, viele Produkte sehr lange verglichen. Hier stimmt alles. Größe sehr gut, Bespannung sehr gut, Geräusche bei Benutzung- keine. Das scheint bei anderen Anbieter anders zu sein. Sicherheit, sehr gut. Ich habe keine Halterung mit bestellt und fühle mich sicher. Bin nicht besonders sportlich und habe den Rat des Anbieters befolgt zu Beginn, klein anzufangen und das Trampolin in den Türrahmen zu stellen, bis der Körper das Sicherheitsgefühl hat. Dauert nicht lange. Ich steigere langsam. Kardio- super, ich konnte nicht glauben wie schnell ich aus der Puste kam :-) . für Füße, Gelenke, Bänder auch sehr gutes Training. Neben vielen anderen guten Nebeneffekten. UND- es macht total Spaß!

It is a wonderful alternative to a treadmill!

I'm using the Jump Sport 350F to regain and maintain fitness levels while gyms are closed during covid19 outbreak. Very easy to assemble, took less than 10 minutes. It's easy on my knees and back, both recovering from injury. I could feel results within hours. Makes exercising fun. Am not a walker or runner, so this is perfect. Quieter than I expected. The jumping surface is bigger than I expected. The main drawback is there was no carrying bag for the frame itself, just for the legs. More expensive than I wanted, but it's well made and won't tip. The stability bar had to be ordered separately but is a must for those with balance issues. Designed in the US, but made in China.
