Does this come with magnets and will with work on the Magmod adapter?

It does come with magnets and of course it will attach to the MagMod MagGrip, the stretched rubber mount that wraps around a flash head. But I do not know about a Magmod adpater. If you are referring to the same product, using a different name then yes, all is OK. I would add it does work well. The magnets are powerful & do their job but when items are left loose the magnets have a habit of falling out.

Can you stack them, for instance have two grids and the sphere?

Unlikely. I've tried to stack the selens grip, gel holder and grid with the Magmod Magsphere on top; the grid fell off with the sphere still attached. Magnets not powerful enough to take the weight.
