Can someone please tell me the names of the spices that are already engraved on each container?

The spice names are Cumin, Coriander, Ginger, Chili,  Fennel, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cinnamon & Bay leaves (together). The bigger container in the middle is divided into four compartments - Cloves, Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Mustard seeds.

Im thinking of using this without the 8 individual lids. Similar to the simple indian spice containers. Anyone have an opinion on using it that way?

My old spice box is open one regular one i have trouble with that is spices getting mixed with other species and species are not staying fresh for longer time.So I ordered individual cap one and it works . Now my spices staying fresh .I would like to use individual lid .

What is the .oz measurements of the small and large inside containers?

The large inside container is probably 5 1/2 - 6 oz divided into 4 smaller compartments.  The 8 smaller containers are probably about 4 oz each.  Every container is beautifully labeled.  This is a high quality piece and all the spices that come with it are extremely fresh.  I absolutely love it and would give it the highest rating possible.  The outside container measures 25 1/2" around & 2 1/2" deep, the Lg inside  container measures 11"  around & 2"  deep.  Each of the 8 small containers measure 6 1/2" around & 2" deep.  Also comes with a small scoop spoon.

Whole Spices: Bay Leaves (small) 2g, Cumin Seeds 15g, Mustard Seeds 20g, Cinnamon 10g, Cardamom 10g and Cloves 10g packs. This pack of spices is tailor made to fill our custom made stainless steel masala dabba spice box. Each spice is put into its own container which is also sealed to retain freshness, aroma and flavour. The whole spices are seperated by compartments. The ground spices are contained in their owned sealed containers to prevent cross contamination of the aromas and to retain their rich flavours as much as possible. Most masala dabba's do not have individual lids on the spices and only have one cover sealing all the spices together.
