Banneton Proofing Basket AND eBook, Dough Scraper & Cloth Liner! Includes Sourdough Starter instructions, proofing baskets for sourdough bread

I've only used this basket once, but it worked perfectly as advertised. I used a blend of rice flour and AP flour to coat the basket before putting the dough inside, it gave me a beautiful rise and pattern on the bread, came out easily with no sticking. No peeling or splintering at all as well. The liner seems high quality but I haven't used it, and likely won't. The dough cutter/scraper it came with also works very well. The ebook was fine, I'm not sure if I'll make any of the recipes from there, and I would recommend The Perfect Loaf if you're looking for good instructions to get a starter going. Definitely recommend this basket set.
