I switched from whey to vegan powder due to acne outburst. Ordered both the choc silk and unflavoured. Choc silk I take as a protein drink. No complaints at all. Mixes well. Easy on the stomach. Good taste. Slightly grainy texture but in a drink I don't mind it. Highly recommended. The unflavoured is a bit more challenging. I use this in my morning oats. The grainy texture is more apparent. Maybe due to the lower liquid content compared to taking as a drink. But I wouldn't want to take the unflavoured as a drink. For me it's an ingredient amongst many and any earthy flavour is masked. But in morning oats, the texture is a struggle. Haven't tried in other recipes yet (flapjacks etc). Maybe that's where it is best used. In short, for a drink, the flavoured products are good and I will buy again. Haven't found a use for the unflavoured yet.

I got the chocolate one. It’s the first time I’m trying any protein powder. I assumed it would taste weird, but it was surprisingly quite tasty, like rich chocolate milk. The scoop is fairly large and will need a good amount of milk so using half a scoop. It does keep me full and don’t feel like snacking inbetween.

PLEASE READ MORE REVIEWS! There is some odd discrepancy with these shakes. Some bags are fine and taste lovely and others have this disgusting chemical after taste and totally undrinkable so complete waste of money and you can’t return/ refund. It’s hit and miss which bag you’ll get. I’ve tried two flavours, different sizes multiple times and never sure if I’m going to get a bag that’s ok or one that actual scares me into throwing it away immediately. I can only assume there are either bad batches mixed in or there is a storage issue in the supply chain that makes some of them turn. I honestly don’t know the reasons but be warned it’s an absolute gamble which bag you’ll get and this is why there are so many mixed reviews on this product. If anyone works out how what the issue is please highlight it because I would love to know. It’s a shame because the good batches are lovely but the bad ones…. Vile!

I've purchased this product (chocolate flavour) as a supplement to my diet. As I follow a mostly vegan diet, I was recommended this product to get proteins. To be honest, the first time I tried this product, I didn't like it at all. I used only water and the texture was very strange, I wasn't able to go over a few sips. Then with time it got better. I switched to milk (I tried semi-skimmed once, almond, hazelnut, coconut) and started to sieve the shake before drinking it. In my opinion, the best milk to mix it with is coconut. It doesn't cover the chocolate flavour. It doesn't even need to be sifted, the shaker that I bought the proteins with has a spring that mixes the product very well. Overall, despite the initial disappointment I am very happy with the product and I am looking forward to trying new flavours. I will definitely buy again!

The chocolate tastes pretty good and is fine mixed with water. 2 scoops plus 500ml keeps me full and fuelled for ~4 hours with only 250 kcal (made up like this it's like the Huel ready-to-drink thickness). Replaced 2 meals a day and lost 2lbs in one week (I'm not usually a dieter, but some medication I've been taking is stretching my jeans!) It is a bit grainy, but not too lumpy. I imagine the texture is part of what keeps your stomach feeling sated tbf! The vanilla is grim with just water and has a strange aftertaste, but I've been mixing one scoop with half water + half oat milk, a banana and some peanut butter and its really delicious, thick and filling - and tastes very pudding-y! I've been having this in the evening and it staves off my late night hunger pangs. I've found the protein boost has reduced my sugar cravings too. Have re-ordered some different flavours to try. Realistically there is half the number of portions they say on the packet, if you're using it for a whole meal replacement (rather than boosting your smoothie). Tried one scoop and it just wasn't satisfying enough. Still think it is good value for money though at about a quid a meal.

I've been using this protein blend for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. It mixes well, tastes great, and keeps me feeling full for hours. I love that it's 100% plant-based while still providing a premium tri-protein blend with essential vitamins and minerals. Tastes and smells pretty bad, and very cakey so doesn't mix well unless I use a blender for at least ten seconds. It does fill me up, but man, the fullness ain't worth it. I definitely will not buy this again.

Texture is very smooth. My issue is that this is so sweet that it makes me feel sick.

Mi sono dovuto ricredere fin dal primo utilizzo: questo prodotto è eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista.Sapore e consistenza: Il gusto Chocolate Silk è goloso, pieno e non troppo dolce. Si scioglie perfettamente nello shaker sia con acqua che con latte vegetale (io adoro usarlo con il latte di mandorla), senza lasciare assolutamente grumi o quella fastidiosa consistenza "farinosa" tipica di altri marchi. Sembra quasi un vero milkshake!Qualità e digeribilità: La formula multi-fonte (pisello, soia e riso) garantisce un profilo amminoacidico completo di altissimo livello. Inoltre, la presenza di vitamine e degli enzimi digestivi fa davvero la differenza: si digerisce con estrema facilità, senza causare alcun gonfiore addominale.Il rapporto qualità-prezzo per il formato da 1 kg è super conveniente. Diventate ufficialmente le mie proteine preferite per il post-allenamento. Super consigliate a chi cerca un integratore vegetale tecnico ma incredibilmente piacevole da bere!

Geschmäcker sind verschieden und das sieht man hier deutlich. Ich hatte schon 7 vegane Proteinpulver getestet und jedesmal hat mich der mehlig oder erdige Geschmack gestört. Ich bekam es nicht herunter. Dieser Shake ist wahnsinnig lecker mit Reismilch, Wasser oder Wasser und Obst. Vanille ist auch nicht mein Geschmack aber Schokoladen silk und Penaut kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Für einen super Preis ;) wenn man den shake mit einem Pürierstab umrührt, dann löst er sich super auf und ist cremig ;)

Muy contento con esta proteína vegana. Se disuelve muy bien, sin grumos, y el sabor a chocolate es agradable, ni muy dulce ni con ese regusto artificial que suelen tener otras proteínas veganas. Al ser apta para veganos, es una opción genial si buscas evitar lácteos sin renunciar a la textura y el sabor de una buena proteína. La entrega llegó perfecta, bien embalada y a tiempo. En general, muy recomendable tanto por calidad como por sabor.

Vengo de otras proteínas con mucho sabor a edulcorante y casi incomibles. Esta mantiene unas buenas macros y un muy buen sabor. Totalmente recomendadas.
