Great Midbass for desktop DiY speakers.
I choose these for the price point for a 2.1 DIY PC system. I did test them with a 3 way pre built crossover, not very booming. They don't distort or sound muddy at full volume with the Romicta preamp in picture. Also using Dayton's 1" dome tweeter which is very clear. Enough sound for your seat, and it doesn't disrupt the whole household.

Did not get to install the speakers!
Hi Amazon ! Did not order the right size , unfortunately when you order a product that requires an exact size you pretty much have to go through different manufacturers and products to find the correct measurements that you need. Not all measurements are exact on some of the replacement speakers. And in general. Im giving this product a 5 start only because I have a Dayton audio sa1000 amplifier and it has been working great fantastic product it seems like it was made to last so far 👍🏼

Could not get better replacement for the price given l, very happy
Had to replace the 4inch mid low speaker on my R1850Bd edifier monitors as it was delivering rattle sound, 20 min job and seems to perform with more depth in bass Raccomand for a replacement of any 4" ;)

Incredibile resa sui bassi considerata la taglia di questo woofer se utilizzato in un buon progetto reflex, lo uso in una combinazione 2x4’ con una testata per basso elettrico e a volumi ridotti la resa è molto realistica oltre che neutra.

small, but punchy
i bought 2 of these to replace 2 ancient ones from a surround centre speaker and they are perfect. small enough to fit in the enclosure easily enough, but with plenty punch to make the speaker stand out well... i've wired mine through a 3-way crossover 1 as a dedicated woofer, and the other as a dedicated mid-range. they work well in that configuration (the 3rd crossover section is for the tweeter)
