I truly needed this product for the last 20 years. I’ve always had yeast problems, from 12 years old until I started these in June. I gave up pasta, bread, and sugars for a month and then slowly reintroduced sugars into my diet, while still avoiding gluten, breads, pastas. I started taking this as soon as I quit those foods but I didn’t really notice a die off phase, I was tired for several days but it was manageable. I had a horrible reaction to olive leaf extract so this was nothing. I can honestly say that I’m yeast free for 5 months now. Longest I have EVER gone in my entire life without a yeast infection. I believe it has a lot to do with this product. 2 per day and I’ll take an extra dose if I have cake or a donut to splurge. Not that I needed to lost it, but I have lost 10lbs as a result to the improvement of my health! Thank you Vitanica!

My naturopath recommended this supplement and I'm very happy that she did. I have had candida in my gut and on my skin for quite some time, possibly for the last 10+ years. I grew up eating processed foods, tons of sugar, very high carbs, antibiotics, etc. so it's no surprise that I started getting a ton of food allergies a few years ago. I had cleared up most of my candida last year over a span of 4 months, while taking this supplement daily. My ND had upped my dosage to 6 caps a day in the beginning but the die-off reaction was really strong so I gradually made my way from 4 a day to 6 a day. If you have candida and you are adhering to a strict candida diet (no sugar, no gluten/wheat, no fermented food, low carbs) while taking this supplement, you should start to see positive results within a few weeks. At least I did. My stomach bloat gradually decreased, my energy started to return, depression lessened as well as anxiety. Within two months, I felt like a new person. It was wonderful, and I know that Candidastat helped tremendously. Since I slipped up on the diet many times as it is so strict, I started taking these supplements again about two weeks ago and have already seen results once again. Bloating is decreasing daily, my energy is rising, and I'm feeling pretty good overall. I did have about three days where I was utterly exhausted, lethargic and a little irritable but it passed (low carb flu/die-off). Just knowing that this supplement works really well helps me get through the rough days, because I know how amazing I'll feel in a few months. The really awesome thing is that the candida itself hasn't seemed to become immune to the antifungals in the supplement, so I haven't had to switch to a different brand. The supplement itself doesn't seem to have much of a taste, although occasionally I'll have garlic burps or my mouth will taste like garlic. It isn't so bad as to be a problem. The only issue I have is the price. If the price were lower, these would be much more affordable, since one bottle seems to last a little less than a month.

It helped with a weird rash on my face in my smile lines. I was guessing that it was due to a candida overgrowth in my gut. I have not been eating very healthy during the holidays and eating too many sugary treats.

This product works. I had some bad gut pain and now I feel normal again.

If you have candida issues, this product works great. I've used it for several years, and am very happy with it. Amazon shipping, on the other hand, seems to have a lot more delays lately. So I'm being asked to review a product BEFORE it arrives.

In the last year or so, I found out about the issues with Candida overgrowth in our bodies. I had no idea that a lot of my skin problems (and more) were related to that. I began using anti-Candida supplements from another brand and WOW. Problems went away so dramatically. The other brand seems to have disappeared .. so I went looking for a replacement. I added this to my daily routine. It seems to be fine, helping me maintain this new and improved fungal-free biome. Put it this way, the problems haven't come back and I'm feeling good. Since I already went through the purge about eight months ago, I can't effectively judge what it would do for someone with a whacked biome like I had before. I'm happy so far.
