Not some generic smoked paprika from 'who knows where', smoked with 'who knows what'.This paprika and its two other versions (sweet, bittersweet, hot) are the real deal. I don't use anything else when I cure and age meat, and this is what I reach for when I use paprika in other dishes. I keep large containers of every heat level handy in my kitchen.Even though I grow and smoke my own peppers, I still use La Dalia paprika for many applications.BTW- It adds a fantastic profile to chili!
