Lion's Mane mushroom has been used for centuries in Chinese Medicine. If you've never seen the mushroom, it actually looks like a brain. As a senior, I'm fascinated by the cognitive enhancement claims associated with Lion's Mane and other medicinal mushrooms. This Built By Nature supplement is manufactured in the USA, non-GMO and third-party tested for purity. In addition to the mushroom, each capsule contains safe binder and anti-caking agent ingredients. The supplement is touted as: "Extra Strength 10,000 mg equivalent per serving" yet the the dose of two capsules per serving comes out to 2,000 mg (1000 mg per capsule.) I find this puzzling. Am I missing something here? The company website alludes to globally sourced ingredients. I would appreciate more transparency as to where the mushrooms are grown. Are they imported or grown locally? The other important issue for me is are they organically grown? From the label, this doesn't appear to be the case, although it is non-GMO. Thank you!

Did notice anything different in my memory

I definitely noticed a difference, I was able to remember a lot more things than without them.. I’ve also been taking it with magnesium vitamins and noticed a huge difference in my energy levels.

Have used for several years. I am an 82 year old woman who still functions fully on my own and credit the Lions Mane.

Made me itch and have a red rash
