Color 5N Dark Brown Color Depositing Mask & Glossing Treatment Infused with Bond Boosters for Nourishment, Revitalize & Repair, Vegan Formula, 8 Fl Oz

I recently went from platinum blonde to lived in blonde with a natural 5/6 root. The contrast was really severe even with a perfect blend. I wanted to try something cool, but darker for fall without committing to something more permanent. This was the right choice! I've never been disappointed with anything from Xmondo thus far! I've actually been waiting for Brad to come out with the higher end colors of this mask! The 8A lived up to my expectations! It's really a classy beautiful ash without a severe gray tone. It looks very natural. Along with my seamless blend that's starting to grow out, it really shines! Before application I only shampooed my hair, and used a k-18 leave in. Once my hair was dry I worked from the nape of my neck up in small sections while using a detangling brush to make sure the product was going on evenly. It's really easy to apply, and the brush went smoothly through my hair without tangling. The product smells lovely too. I did twist it all up after application, and tucked it into a shower cap. I popped a beanie over it. I had to bake my sourdough bread, and walk my dogs along other evening tasks. I finished the application around 9pm then washed it out as directed with shampoo and conditioner. There's was barely any color rinsing down the drain. I'm not sure if it's that good for the vivids, but it didn't stain anything. The bonding tech in the product was very noticeable with how soft my hair felt while rising and shampooing. I added a picture of my hair wet and dry. The color was pretty true even when it was still wet. It felt amazing while I was drying my hair. The bonders were not slacking! It feels so silky soft! I baby my blonde but I still feel a difference after all is said and done. Smells lovely, too. I'm also going to be buying the xmondo fragrance spray. I just love the xmondo signature scents. All around it exceeded my expectations! Even with this rich color it still feels bright! I'm looking forward to seeing my hair in natural light in the morning! It's just a all around beautiful ash. I have very fair skin with dark blue eyes and this color just makes my look complete! My skin tone goes really well with this color and the blue in my eyes pops as much as it did when it was white white blonde! I am so very pleased!!

I’ve used the blue, purple and pink before and loved them. This was my first time trying copper/more natural shade. I have a lot of gray from immune issues and my hair was super dull before. I was worried about it looking red vs copper since I didn’t pre-lighten. But it turned out great. My grays are less noticeable for now and my hair looks loads healthier and thicker. My scalp is a little orange but that’s because i made sure i was very saturated- I cleaned up my part with a q-tip and micellar water.

Be very careful with this product. (5n) I have been dying my hair for a long time. I have a level 5 naturally. So I thought this would be perfect to refresh without having to dye it with color and developer. My hair was around a level 7 mids to ends highlights that was a lighter brown. with some highlights that were a lighter brown. So I knew those would take fast. I followed the instructions. On clean hair. Dry. But noticed as it went on. It looked black. Now this says to leave on for what? 15-20 minutes? I had it on for about 7 and began rinsing. My hair is black. The color running out was green. It stained my white tub blue and purple. I had to shampoo it multiple times times. Use some hacks online to pull some of it off but parts of my hair is still black. I’m going to have to go to a professional to get this semi color out. I am beyond disappointed with this product. I have used overtone, and other color depositing conditioners and have never had a dark brown turn black This color also was not hydrating to my hair at least and it was nearly impossible to work the product in. So yeah, my advice be very careful if you aren’t looking to have black hair while using the the 5n. If you use it. I wouldn’t do it on dry hair. And I’d also use conditioner to dilute the product. But for me. I will never use it again. Update: went to the salon. Did a CPR treatment and it barely removed any of the pigment. Now I’m stuck waiting for it to fade. But the stylist said I won’t get my color back unless bleach is used. So yeah… be careful.

I wanted to love this product. I have wanted to try it for so long being a fan of the creator. I read that it said a single container could be about 2-3 applications. I assumed that meant for the average persons length and thickness of hair. I have above average length and thick hair! I figured it would be at least "one" full application for me. I ran out before I finished the top of my head. I was irriateted but, my fault. The consistency made it very loose, meaning it flung onto walls, dripped down my hair, and was just a mess! I have never had a messier product. It smelled fine, it went on kinda rough, not like a creme; smooth and moisturizing, but I could not comb my hair after application. The rinsing was my final straw. My shower was stained, horribly!! It was everywhere!!! I spent a good 40 minutes scrubbing my bathtub and walls and floors. And unfortunately there are still to this day (Dec. when purchased in Oct.) walls and spots that are stained brown. Subsequent shampooings also made a big mess until it fully washed out. Which to its credit was weeks later. (with twice a week shampooing). The best part was the color was gorgeous, it made my hair feel soft and nice. I wish I could recreate this product to not be so messy, and with the cost, I cannot justify purchasing 2 containers to cover my hair, every month or so.

Maybe it’s just my hair (fine and not highly processed), but this product left a horrible coating on my hair that made it look like it hadn’t been washed for a month. No shine. I had to wash and wash to get it out.

Amazing product. A little darker than I expected but better than my previous yellow blonde. My hair feels so much softer after this and it smells amazing, I keep smelling my hair like a crazy person.

Love the colour! So hydrating and intense in colour. Love the fact that it makes your hair look so much more healthy without damage. My daughter damaged her hair with another hair dye but this one has helped give her a health boost without damage. The colour is so intense and the longer you keep it on the more intense it gets.

I am obsessed with this colour and wish I would have boughten more when it was in stock for Canada. I will probably have to order it from the US amazon! I highly recommend this colour
