Cinnamon Protein Sweet Rolls, Protein Bar Alternative

I was prepared to absolutely hate this, but I am very pleasently surprised! I crave a cinnamon roll about once a week for a while now, and have been satisfying it with the garbage grocery store stuff, while looking for ways elsewhere to increase my protein intake and pick foods with good macros. This one absolutely hits the spot! It's a little more dense than a bakery or grocery store cinnamon roll, and almost has a Little Debbie Glazed Donut Stick consistency to it which tricks your mind and thinking you're eating something heavier than what this really is. The flavor is OUTSTANDING! Not sure how I feel about the pricing on this product, but this will be something I will incorporate for my protein intake and to satisfy my sweet cravings occasionally.

For anyone who is diabetic or just trying to eat healthier --- decreasing sugar and carbs while increasing protein and fiber--- these little cinnamon rolls are a wonderful treat!! My husband is diabetic and has a huge sweet tooth. About once a year he "saves" his carbs for a donut. I saw these and figured I'd try them. He absolutely LOVES them!! He's found that warming them for 20 seconds in our microwave (they recommend 10) is perfect, and enjoys them for breakfast and sometimes for dessert. With the great cinnamon taste, 22 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber, they really satisfy the craving for something sweet.

I have a great suggestion! Take the box and tear it apart. Then put piece of the cardboard in your mouth and chew them! This will be more tasty than what is inside, which is totally INEDIBLE!! Yes, 90% of the time I write and review consumer electronic products, however I used to own a restaurant and I know good food and this certainly is not it. How can a company mislead customers by showing a rendition of what the buns should look like, but are not. I too read reviews posted here and can’t understand the disparity from one opinion to another. Someone wrote that these are delicious? Are they kidding? I even tried placing them in the microwave, however I learned something. If you take building brick and put it in your microwave, it still comes out as a warm brick, nothing more. Look, I’m very honest and tell the truth with all my reviews, so if I say this is one horrible product, and rate it as a DO NOT BUY, I mean it. Please don’t waste money like I did. Don’t order them and save money so something sugar free thst you can really eat!!

I really miss cinnamon rolls. I haven’t been able to find a really good substitute. These are good tasting and I like the high protein content, but they don’t taste like a regular cinnamon roll. I probably will not buy them again due to higher calorie content for such a small cinnamon roll. They are very dense. Not light and fluffy like a cinnamon roll. It does help to put them in the microwave for about 15 - 20 seconds.

One of the best protein treats around. Nice and dense, not dry.

Great for protein and fiber, BUT…..RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!! Should be 75% less than current price. Will only buy, when on sale!!!

These cinnamon protein sweet rolls are a delicious way to add more protein to my day. They have a satisfying cinnamon flavor and feel like a treat while still fitting into my wellness goals. They’re convenient for a quick breakfast or snack, and I appreciate having an easy protein option when I’m short on time. I would definitely order them again.

Absolutely delicious! They are ok out of the wrapper, but taste like a decadent dessert popped in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
