Great kids toothbrush
This works very well for young children, simple to use, excellent for brushing as they develop their technique for cleaning teeth. Design is super, my granddaughter loves the Frozen characters, the price was not expensive at all.

Head not replaceable
This is a good durable toothbrush that my daughter was very excited to use. However, I did not realise when purchasing it that the head is not replaceable, so it will only last 3 months or so... This should be clearer in the product information.

False Advertising
Pictures an Elsa graphic on tooth brush and doesn't mention any where in product description there are alternative graphics or "sent at random". Tried to request a return but all requests are denied, even when stating the tooth brush is faulty. Beware, false advertising and no way to return unit, even if faulty! 0 stars.

Imagen falsa y no permite devolución
Compré el cepillo porque la inagen es de Elsa y a mi hija le encanta y así tenía una motivación extra para lavarse los dientes. Resulta que recibo el cepillo con la imagen de Ana y no me deja devolverlo aunque esta precintado. No recomendable. Además va con pilas.

Gentle and Loved by My 4 Year Old
Because it is battery powered, it is not as fast or powerful as plug in models. It feels a bit hardly works. Still, my child really loves it. It brushes teeth gently and makes tooth brushing a happy routine. My 4 year old is very motivated and brushes with a smile, which matters most to me.
