Currently using this in training for a 50km trail race after Tailwind became inaccessible. Initial use for 10-30km runs suggests good taste, stomach stability and hydration. Shows some resistance to mixing but not a significant issue.

Worked great for my husband during his Ironman race! It gave him the energy and endurance he needed without upsetting his stomach, and he felt strong all the way through. The flavor is light and refreshing, not too sweet, which made it easy to drink even over long hours. Definitely a game-changer for endurance events—this will be a staple for future races and training!

Excellent running fuel. Goes down very well and don't get flavour fatigue. The 'high carb' bit is misleading as basically you just use lots of powder. Still my go-to for ultras. Mild flavour, mixes well and works.

Geschmack ist dezent,nicht aufdringlich oder schlimm künstlich. Magenverträglichkeit bei mir gut trotz des hohen Kohlenhydratanteils. Diesen finde ich praktisch,da ich unter Belastung lieber trinke als esse. Nachteilig ist die schlechte Auflösbarkeit im Wasser,das dauert sehr lange, und der doch hohe Preis,daher einen Stern weniger.
