Absolutely perfect. The seller is faultless and the product is superb. So much attention to detail. Beautiful golden envelope. Was given some extra for free. Personal note. Very helpful. You pay for quality and even though this is very good quality it is very reasonably priced. Ignore the colou of the drink it's home made organic chicken carcass broth which I added some of this product into. Try it and you won't regret it :)

Nothing to dislike so far. I haven't used this one before. Good texture, good umami flavour. Still experimenting with it. Nothing else to say as I have only been using it for a short time.

I was really impressed with this product. It comes from a small family company, they use old traditional techniques. They are health and ecologically oriented. I received my order in all paper packaging, even the label for my address, along with a description of how the product is made. I will buy again as it's high quality and would love to support this company!
