Good little purchase although one ink is starting to make a squeaking noise when printing. I take it this is just the cogs going but otherwise these are a great little buy. Prints fine, clear, no smudging and does exactly what you expect really.

Once I'd removed the black protective shield (not made clear in the instructions) it was easy to install.

Use this for office printer ink , previous in lasted 3 weeks , with this ink it lasts over double

We have been buying these for years with no problem.However, over the last few months several cartridges would not work in the printers.We have 3 identical printers that we use for invoice printing.The last 4 that we bought we had to return as NONE of them were recognised by the printers.The message 'Incompatible cartridge' came up on all 3 printers.This is not something that we can accept, as we need reliable cartridges at all times.In our opinion, the fault lies with the 'chip' that is used in the cartridges- possibly the sellers are now using a faulty chip?Sadly I feel that we will be looking elsewhere from now on for our toner.

Only got 250 5% copies per cartridge so didn't find value for money at all.
