Enjoying the Benefits of Fog-free, Pain-free Mornings!
It works! I'm so pleased that something natural is helping me think better and be more productive, especially in the mornings when I have been experiencing a lot of brain fog, dull headache pain and tension. I haven't been taking the full dose, but a little goes a long way. I'm rather sensitive to anything I put in my system, so I go slowly. This hasn't given me the "jitters" or calmed me to the point of inaction. I take it as soon as I wake up and within a half hour or so, I notice that I'm thinking more clearly and am more proactive with morning routines. No brain fog! No dull headachy feeling anymore. Thanks for making this! I'm hooked (but in a good way)!

Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your money. There is no reason this should cost as much as it does. As a migraine suffer, I would be willing to try anything and spend any amount of money. I’m ashamed that I’ve spent so much on this hoping it would work if I just gave it a little bit more time, but it was literally like taking sugar pills. It did nothing.

Migraine prevention!
This product has been a game changer for my teen daughter’s migraines. They seems to be caused by stress and hormones, and she wasn’t sure they were helping but we ran out and she had 3 in one week after going 2 months with just a few. I got a new one ordered asap and we are back on rare migraines! Now it’s a monthly subscribe and save.

Upset my stomach
I took these and would only take 2 and split the dose. I immediately got severe stomach pain so then I took it with food. Gives a good dose of magnesium but my migraines still occurred. Didn't help much.
