Is this like the 35b from morphe?

It's similar but some of the colors arent as vibrant.

What brand is this palette?

I checked the entire case and the only thing on it is a little sticker "35-E". I would prefer less pinks/reds but the other shades are useful and seem to last OK. The palette is very large with each color being an inch in diameter.
