Nashi Konjac Shirataki Noodles 190g (Pack of 16) - Odour Free, Low Calorie (Only 8 Cal), Fat Free Konjac Pasta | Vegan, Keto & Gluten Free, Glucomannan, High Fibre, Low Carb Diet Friendly Noodles

They’re great!!

OMG!!! Absolute game changer for keto! How did I live without this? It’s obviously not very filling, as it has no carbs, but gives you more food options! It’s a bit expensive for me, I have 2 satchels for one meal, so when reduced comes to £10 for 4 meals. Very easy to prep, rinse, microwave, done! I looove the texture! Proper firm, not like baby food. It doesn’t really taste or smell like anything, which is perfect. Make sure to rinse it tho!

Much nicer than other brands of Konjac noodles and great for bulking out meals. I originally only used them in soup but I’ve since tried them in stir fry and they work well. I’m doing Keto and these are great for it. Only downside I think is the cost; they’re pretty expensive so I don’t buy them as often as I otherwise would.

I used konjac noodles years ago when I was doing 5:2 diet. Found them useful for fasting days but they always had a slight fishy smell/taste. I thought I would try again for easy calorie controlled meals and these have been a real game changer. I always rinse before use and there is no smell or taste which means I can substitute to most any noodle and pasta dish. Texture is slightly different to normal noodles/pasta but it's fine. I've also not noticed any stomach issues from eating 1 pack in a meal. And it's great to create really quick/easy low calorie and low carb meals.

Wasnt sure how they would taste , but not bad ,bit bland n rubbery but a large portion only 30 calories

My wife and I were looking forward to a low calorie, easy to cook dish but both became very ill after following the cooking instructions to the letter. Stomach cramps and near vomit (heaving). I cannot recommend and I've sought a refund.

Super quick delivery. These do not smell like other versions of these noodles. As long as you prepare properly (washing and frying them to get some of the water out) they taste fine.

Great low-carb alternative to regular noodles. Easy to prepare, filling, and perfect for healthy meals and keto diets.

If you are a coeliac do not buy these, I had a reaction as these have so called 'gluten free oats'in them. What the hell are oats doing in rice noodles

Delicious I was dubious about the no order claim, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Have used in traditional pasta dishes & in ramen recipes. Will buy again.
