This serrapeptase is pretty solid, and well-priced. I was having significant bursitis in my shoulders, and this helped to start clearing it up. A year later and I haven't had any significant pain in months (I did a few other things, like nattokinase, red light and DMSO, but started with this brand serrapeptase and it made a noticeable difference right away). Another benefit is that serrapeptase is a mucolytic, so it loosens mucus when Im sick or congested. Not a very "glamorous " side effect, but it makes a difference. Definitely recommend for joint pain that is the result of inflammation or dead proteins that obstruct fluid from flowing freely through the joints.

Good product. But make great effort to take two hours before eating. Eating will greatly diminish it's properties.
