Broke after two days

This is a lovely looking product and my daughter was thrilled when it arrived. Unfortunately it broke within two days of arriving - despite not being played with roughly. Such a disappointment but the company did refund the cost promptly. Hopefully this is just bad luck for us - a lovely product otherwise.

Not well made

Bought one for my daughters birthday, my daughter stepped on it and it snapped. Ordered a second one which she dropped on the carpeted floor and it snapped aswell on exactly the same place as the first. Emailed to try and get a refund with no response. Really annoyed and disappointed, £40 down the drain
