Sports Research® Keto + Exogenous Ketones w/goBHB®, Raspberry Lemonade

I’ve done keto a few times and have always had great success. This time I decided to add this supplement to my regimen and it really boosted my success so far. I don’t test my ketone levels via strips or anything, but I’m definitely burning fat more rapidly than before. Keto without this supplement yielded and initial 3-4lb loss, followed by 1-2lbs of weight loss per week. My first week incorporating this I lost FIVE pounds. I know in the beginning stages of keto I typically experience a larger loss followed by a steady small increment, so it will be interesting to see if I lose more than 1-2lbs per week. Also, this tastes not so great, but it’s bearable enough to get down. I put a scoop in my water bottle and try to drink it as quickly as possible (Though I do make wild faces when drinking it) I feel the benefits outweigh the strange flavor. This is a definite boost of energy as well. I feel like it’s pretty equivalent to a cup of coffee. I like it as an afternoon pick me up. I would also like to warn people that it’s pretty strong, so if you’re not already in ketosis, you’re probably going to get keto flu after a couple of days using this. It passes, but it shoves you into ketosis VERY fast and that doesn’t feel great. Overall, this product is fantastic because of how well it works. I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to boost their keto results. Especially to those who are having some troubles reaching ketosis or maintaining it.

First of all, the flavors - I tried both. Fruit punch first, raspberry lemonade second. I couldn't stand the fruit punch taste. I'm not usually a lemonade flavor fan but I really like this one. I agree with everyone who said it is a very sweet, strong flavor with the recommended water. I up the water a little. . Second, the laxative effect - This is absolutely a thing. I started with a half scoop per day and the laxative effect went away after 3-4 days or so. I upped to the full scoop and went through another bout of the laxative effect for a couple more days. I now have the full scoop once a day every day, no extra bathroom trips. . Third, the ketosis - I can have a few carb days, test with a urine stick and have zero color to it before drinking this stuff. I drink this stuff and within an hour, there is color on the stick. By the second day, the color is quite dark. Without drinking this stuff, it takes about a week to get that dark after a few carb loaded days. . This stuff does absolutely work. At least for me, it did. I don't feel any brain fog lifting or energy boost. When my body is used to it, I don't notice a single different thing. I really just see the test sticks get darker faster. That is all. . I think it did get more expensive, though. I'm not sure I'll keep up this habit, but if you are thinking about it, it does for sure work to get you into ketosis faster.

I'm on a Keto diet with intermittent fasting 8/16. This really helps stave off keto-flu especially when I'm fasting and love that it's only 20 calories so it doesn't break my fast. I add one scoop to my 32 oz water bottle so the flavor is perfect, not too sweet and just enough flavor to make me want to drink it. Also since it's 32 oz of water I don't chug it all at once, but over the course of a few hours until my fast ends. It usually takes me about a week with just diet to achieve ketosis, but if I drink this daily, I manage to get into it by day 3. I have not tried the fruit punch as I'm not a fan of that flavor in general, but I do like the raspberry lemonade.

I tested my urine for ketosis about 20 minutes after drinking. I was in ketosis, however I don't think it lasts long. I re tested about an hour later and I was no longer in ketosis. I'm still doing more testing to see what causes it to knock me out of ketosis. I think its my blood pressure medicine? But over all, it tastes great and I enjoy drinking it. I will buy again. Its so my cheaper than the MLM company I have purchased from in the past.

I am doing a keto lifestyle with intermittent fasting only 20 carbs a day and I break my fast at noon but I drink this at 11:00 right after my fasted exercise and I have lost a total of 123 lb. 54 of it since I started taking this in June 2022 This is not a cure all if you are not living keto lifestyle. But I will say it completely curbs my cravings( especially around that time of the month when I need something sweet) and some times after drinking it I don't even really feel hungry enough to break my fast. It gives me all kinds of energy. And it has been consistent with flavor everytime I but it. I use less than a full scoop in a bottle of water because I think one scoop is too sweet. I will say shake it up every once in awhile cause it gets salty at the bottom. I have used much more expensive ketones but I prefer these. I am so thankful these go on sale often also. I've only tried this flavor and I think I'll stick with it. So glad I found these but don't waste your time if you're not following a ketogenic lifestyle. Hope this helps

I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand. Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them. I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

Save your money and buy anything else. Quite expensive product, but also quite favourable reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My order soon arrived, and I was delighted by the refreshing taste of the product. That was, however, also the only delightful thing about it. After finishing half of the 20-day supply (the actual price per day is approx. $2.50), I had registered no effects whatsoever. No increased energy, no lowered appetite, no weight loss or fat burn, no ketosis. Nothing. However, on the lid of the container was a web address with an offer to try another of Sports Research's products for free, so I thought I'd see if they had anything more effective. The first time I logged on to the web site, the system claimed that my Amazon order number wasn't valid, so I decided to wait a few days to see if it was simply a matter of updating order numbers. It wasn't. The second time I tried to log on, the website didn't work at all. Quite brilliant. And after having finished the rest of the product, the results were the same as halfways; i.e. nothing. So I decided to check the return policy on Sports research's website, only to discover that the return form didn't work. So I tried their online chat. It may have worked; I'm not sure, but after quite a long time I received a message apologising for the inconvenience of a technical glitch, and would I please leave my email address so they could contact me? So I did, and seriously, I doubt I'll ever hear from them again. I can not recommend this product or this firm.

I really enjoy this. I add it to 24-30 oz of water. Love the flavor!! I saw some say the taste wasn’t great. All you have to do is adjust the water if it’s too sweet for you. I drink it after my coffee and it is so refreshing, I think I may skip my coffee, which is crazy for me to Fathom ;-p Now I do Low Carb Keto... I do notice energy. My weight stall broke when I started this drink, but there are other factors I did as well when I started: I upped my protein and lowered my fat intake. I walk 4-5 miles 3-5 days a week. I did OMAD- one meal a day twice by accident lol in one week. So I will say this helped and keeping my weight where I want to be!! Wish it was a little cheaper but it’s way more affordable for me compared to the ketone supplement drinks out there. AND I LOVE THE FLAVOR!!

*NOTE* This version of Keto Plus is + MCT oil. The version listed here is Keto Plus + Amino Acids....big difference! Check out my label v.s. the one on here. They got the wrong label with the wrong amounts. Thought I was getting 20 calories, instead it's 80 and more carbs (4 vs. 1...but, the net carbs = 0, so...) Must have been an earlier version or something. Thought I was getting 30 servings.... instead I get 20. Thought it was 10.1 grams per serving....but it's 23.8. Did one shot at 1/2 serving. Felt great. Super energy...but note that I've been strict keto for over 3 weeks and am definitely in ketosis. Was curious how this would affect my Saturday deadlift routine, and am here to report that 1/2 scoop made a big difference! Felt strong, plenty of juice in the tank....and we are talking ketones here..... specifically BHB. And, that, with only carbs from a 4 egg omlet..... But it does seem this version of Keto Plus is calling for double of the advertised label. So, the 1/2 serving is actually the full serving on the amazon site label. I'm not sure, and could not find, how much BHB you need for a boost, but a half scoop is around 6 grams or so & the rest MCT...Do I actually need the full 12 grams of BHB? Dunno, but....that did the trick for sure. Not sure what a full scoop would bring. But with MCT oil in it, and me not use to it, wasn't going to experiment, lol. Now this stuff does taste very good. Prolly a bit sweet for those who are hard core keto. Very chalky, mixes well, but careful getting the scoop out of the jar..... you'll get this stuff everywhere because it's so light. I got the results I was hoping for..... plenty of oomph for the weights, which was hard to do on low carbs and, since I'm new to this. But wow.... the power of ketones! Dr. Dom D'Agastino says that ketones should be declared a 4th macro nutrient, along with fats, carbs & protein. I don't know how this would work for someone on a high carb diet. You need to investigate how the interaction would affect you. I know being on less than 50 carbs/day for the past 4 weeks and taking this stuff had a major impact on my workout. With the 1/2 scoops, I should get over 40 hits..... as long as I get that same energy kick. Can[t imagine what a full shot would do....oh, the urine test strips turned a nice shade of purple after about an hour or so, and that was darker than before taking the dose...... Interesting since the strips don't test for BHB, but somehow, this triggers your body to go deeper into ketosis it seems. Most likely due to the MCT oil, which triggers the liver to produce ketones, I think. So far...so good! I like that this brand has a more balanced BHB salt profile.....including the all-important potassium. I'll definitely be buying more. I can get away with good workouts and next to no carbs and get the same results. Amazing *June 4 Update* I love this stuff! Don't know how I can work out now without it. 4 months keto now.... this stuff is the bomb. Makes such a big difference. Hope it gets back in stock soon. I'm only taking about 10-13 grams and it's good enough for a boost. So I can extend the servings.... no sense taking in more than you need.

Waste of money I had 2 scoops in one day and didn’t put me in ketones, I bout a strip tester that shows my ketones levels and it’s very accurate. Took first scoop and the second one after another 4 hrs and still no signs of ketone levels.

MCT オイルの代わりに購入しましたがすぐに届きまして体感も5-6日目くらいからケトに入った感じです。味が海外特有の感じですが減量が始まってしまえば味は気にしないので体感重視であればおすすめできます。

I started messing with exogenous ketones about 6 months ago, after being on Keto for about 3 years. This is by far the best blend I have tried yet, from flavor, benefits, noticeable energy, and definitely cuts through the brain fog. I was getting suck of BP Coffees, and MCT oil works wonders, so combining both MCT and BHB makes this product PERFECT for those trying to stay in keto. This product is not an excuse to cheat, it just helps bring forth all the benefits of a keto diet a little quicker. I also imagine this will probably cut through the keto flu for those just starting, as most of those symptoms come from a lack of sodium/electrolytes during the enzyme building process.. This has loads of it. Remember to all those on Keto. Salt is important and we don't get alot of it in our diet, this has enough sodium to reach the 4-5000mg sodium threshold we should be reaching every day.

色々試して気に入ってます 最初は薄めに作って、ちびちび飲みましょう 個人的に美味しいと思っています
