Theodore GTU2-BK Chromatic Clip-on Guitar Tuner, Black

This is amazing piece of kit, light and small. Very well made, easy to use, 4 different modes, will work for Guitar, Bass, Violin, Ukulele key c/d and my new love Yamaha Guitalele too (for the guitalele - start from A,D,G,B,E,A). I was choosing between the mono-colour one Tiger Chromatic Guitar Tuner and this colour one, I'm glad that I picked this, looks bright and smart. Can see very well with the dimmed light. Although its not from Amazon, but delivery was fast too!

Very nice little tuner. Sits well on the head. The screen can be pointed in any angle. The screen is very clear and precise. It speeds up tuning so much if you are used to using a normal mic/plug in tuner sitting on your knee whilst tuning! Very easy to tune to non standard tunings as well thanks to the chromatic setting which will tune to any note (it has a guitar setting that locks in on the standard tuning) Overall very good product

Only been using it for a day but have tuned an electric guitar and elect4ro acoustic and Ukelele with great ease. I did not need it for the first two but did it after tuning it with an expensive tuner that I know is accurate and this little item is as good as it gets. Easy to read and the ability to set it to different instruments is also good which is why I bought it for the Ukelele and my grandson to tune it also tunes a violin. I like it.

This is very good value for money and does what the description tells you. There are if anything too many tuning options and it is easy to be in Ukulele when you want Guiat without noticing as these toggle via the on/off switch, hence you can accidentally tiggle it when switching on (I prefer the Chroma setting). It is also quite sensitive and with shoot through the correct tuning very quickly if you are not careful. This does mean you get accurate tuning, but it takes some getting used to its sensitivity. I use for both Ukulele and Guitar (acoustic and electric for both), it is the same on all 7 of my instruments regarding its sensitivity so it isn't my instrument that is the issue. But it is very good value for money once you get used to its sensitive nature and the toggling via the on/off button.

Brilliant gadget, I have always had problems tuning my acoustic guitar as the "built in mic" on my electric guitar tuners are very poor and effected by background noise. with this tuner, problem solved. it works very well. delivery was good, as was the price. I would be happy to deal with this seller in the future.

I bought this product recently to allow me to keep my 12-string EKO Ranger acoustic guitar in tune. The product is sturdy and simple to use, however due to the number of strings and the different tuning for the top strings, it is difficult to get the top strings to register on the tuner. The product works by registering the frequency of the plucked string. Not easy to do with a 12-string due to the proximity of the strings I have tried the same tuner on my Yamaha 6-string acoustic, and do not have the same issues. The colour display and the versatility of the screen positioning make it very easy to adjust. For the price, it is a worthwhile investment. [...]

I spent years tuning my guitar just by using my ears and the power of my voice... little did I know that one day I'd find this. It tunes up everything I have, even my girlfriend. She now sings a merry tune in the morning. It has an easy to read display which helps you get your instrument in just right. And the function is so easy, you don't need the instructions to know how it works. They went right in the bin. Lets just hope they didn't contain a treasure map... ummm... anyway. The only criticism I'd have is... if you were colour blind, it might be a bit problematic....

This Tiger Music Tuner is not a good buy. It works for a few months but then completely freezes and will not respond to any of the buttons or to a new battery. Of course by then the return period has passed and the importers, Tiger Music, will not refund or replace it. Do not buy this item!! There are better tuners on Amazon and some at a cheaper price, and they work fine and last a longer time. Buyer beware!!

Ich habe das Gerät bereits zum 2. Mal gekauft, weil ich es grundsätzlich klasse finde. Damit kann ich sogar die tiefen Saiten meines Basses stimmen. Allerdings ist die Batteriehalterung so filigran und wackelig, dass mir beim ersten Gerät die Halterungen abgebrochen sind. Da geht noch was nach oben....

Ben zeer tevreden over het apparaatje. Doet wat moet. Gitaar is zeker af te stemmen. Zonen kunnen nadien spelen zoals het hoort.
