Comfortable, Well Made, Nice Color
I have been buying Altra shoes now for some time because of their excellent toe box design and fit. They are excellent, but not cheap. My Altra Lone Peak 8 shoes let sharper edges of our gravel roads bleed through a bit painfully. So, I decided to branch out, look for a less expensive shoe and see what other brands were available with the same features. I was also looking for a nice, plain color that I could wear with most of my clothing – the more expensive shoes look like a comic book threw up! The Bronax shoes were well rated and met all of my criteria - I couldn’t be happier. Also, the price is excellent! They were comfortable from the start, no break-in or adapting. The sole was a bit firmer than my Altra shoes, so the gravel road was no longer painful. I was so impressed, I ordered a pair for my husband in black. He also was very happy.

Great shoe
These are fantastic shoes. I need a wide toe box and they're so comfortable for everyday wear. They hold up well too and fit as expected. I can walk around in them all day with no issues.

Real comfort, real width, zero clown colors.
Honest Review: BRONAX Men’s Wide Toe Box Running Shoes – Actually Built for Real Feet I’m not easy to impress when it comes to running shoes. Years of dealing with heel and Achilles pain (thanks, plantar fasciitis and insertional Achilles tendonitis) made me picky—and desperate for something that wouldn’t just make things worse. First off: the look. Unlike most “foot-shaped” shoes, these don’t scream for attention with neon colors and wild patterns. The basic uniform blue is understated and looks right at home with jeans, joggers, or running shorts. They’re actually stylish, not just “not ugly,” which is rare for wide-fit options. Fit & Feel: Wide toe box? Yes. Actually-wide in the whole shoe? Also yes—and that’s honestly harder to find than it should be. The natural foot shape lets your toes splay naturally, adding real comfort and stability. The high 10mm heel-to-toe drop is exactly what I needed to take pressure off my Achilles. Performance: After five months and 150+ miles (admittedly, more walking than running), these shoes are still holding up. No blowouts, no flattening, and no early wear—even compared to other shoes I own at triple the price. The mesh actually breathes (no hot feet), and the foam soles are springy enough that even concrete sidewalks don’t leave my heels barking. The laces are decent quality (better than some big names), and the removable insoles make it easy to use your own orthotics—a must for anyone dealing with chronic foot pain. The “But…” My only gripe is the subtle upward rise at the toe, which gives the shoe a gentle rocking motion when you run. Some people might love that, but for my particular foot issue, it takes some getting used to. Not a dealbreaker—just worth noting if you have a similar Achilles problem. Sizing: True to size. If you’re on the fence, order your regular size and you’ll be good. Bottom line: Don’t waste your money chasing big brand hype if you need real comfort, support, and width. BRONAX delivers the goods for a lot less. I’ll buy another pair when these finally wear out (which, at this rate, could be a while). Lighter than they look, tough as they need to be. Recommendation: Great for anyone who wants true width, classic looks, and proven comfort—whether you’re pounding the pavement or just racking up steps at work.

Comfortable shoes, not as ugly as other “wide” options
Nice comfortable shoes, wide enough that my entire foot is over the outsole. I usually wear an 13EE (extra extra wide) and these fit just fine. If you are trying to match a specific tone of blue these do pull slightly teal in person instead of a true neutral blue.

Great value, big toe box.
Mine are still in very good shape after over a year of daily use.

Toe box is wide !
I ordered a 10 wide and received an 11. The shoe build quality is fine for the price . They do have a wide toe box. There is an internal ridge around the front of the tow box which seems like it may loose its form after time . The traction is good in the kitchen I work in. They look good for semi-orthapedic shoes, material is breathable .

Run away from these, Runs small, zero arch support and Chinese pls learn how to tie the shoelaces
Expensive for what you get. If you’re a senior with flat feet, stay away from these shoes. There is zero arch support it feels like you are walking on a piece of cardboard. If these are for running, the only place you’ll be running is in these shoes will be straight to your Podiatrist. Additionally, they run small , but you really can’t see what size they sent you because there isn’t any US size markings on the shoes. Finally, please please please can Amazon teach these Chinese manufacturers how in the heck to lace up their shoes correctly! These shoe laces are tie so tightly that you have to struggle untying the laces them and correctly tying them again but a lot looser. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with the purchase. The shoes I get at my local big box store are far superior, because they have arch support, and are substantially cheaper.
