A few days later it went offline and would not connect to the app although I can still see power being made via the auxiliary battery app. I eventually removed the device from the app to try again from the beginning. After 12+ hours of troubleshooting using YouTube and various Ai, (mostly ChatGPT) I have come to the conclusion that the communication/app control is no longer operating. In short it can still produce power but that’s it, no control, none of the features can be accessed without the app. I reached out to Etaker support and awaiting a response. Will update if I’m able to resolve but even the Ai told me I’m wasting my time at this point. Seems like a solid well constructed product and accessories but just missed the mark on the software side.
