Great for home exercises
Purchased this band for home exercise and i must say the quality is very good. It is resistant enough to do strength training and early muscle training.

So glad I picked up these two! Honestly, everything about this, from the packaging to the product quality, is fantastic. It feels very durable and natural. Not for the beginners
I am going to use this for the very first time. Quality is good. Seems durable. Stretch is fine. But I feel this much of resistance is too much for the beginners. Let me try for a week. Received today only , i can add to my comment later
