Can I buy a replacement hose

They (the kit manufacturer) say you can't buy individual items from the kit (per my correspondence with them on eBay). I tried to buy a couple individual items. However if you find them on eBay and search the "store" there appears to be a longer hose for sale individually. I found the gauges as well, but not the multiport connector. The kit too is much cheaper on eBay.

Will this kit work for tires & recharging fox shocks?

Not sure but don’t see why not

Does it work with a hydraulic piston accumulator?

Yes as long as it has the proper adapter
