TRQ Radiator 1 Row

2017 Toyota Sienna LE 3.5L V6 I'll be honest — replacing a radiator isn't something you look forward to, but after my original unit started leaking at 230,000 miles, I knew it was time. I went with the TRQ RDA80033 after watching a radiator replacement video on YT and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Drop-in fitment, zero headaches. The RDA80033 slid into place like it was made specifically for my Sienna — because it essentially was. Every tab, bracket mount, and hose port lined up perfectly on the first try. No drilling, no bending, no "close enough" compromises. For a Saturday DIY job with basic hand tools, the whole swap took me under two hours including draining the coolant and bleeding the system. The online YT video made this job very easy. Build quality that inspires confidence, for a fraction of the price of the original. I was quoted 600dls for an original part, not including installation, which would have totaled more than one thousand dls. Right out of the box, this thing feels solid. The aluminum core has a satisfying heft to it, and the plastic end tanks are thick and well-fitted — none of that thin, rattly feel you get from bargain-bin alternatives. The fins are tight, evenly spaced, and arrived without damage despite a minimal packaging hole. You can tell this wasn't stamped out by the cheapest possible process. Temperature performance is noticeably within specs. On a 95°F Texas afternoon with the AC running and a full load of kids in the back, the engine stayed composed and cool. No fluctuation, no creep toward the high end — just steady, confident thermal management. I know its too early to tell, but its been 4 weeks and counting with zero issues. No leaks at the connections, no weeping from the seams, no coolant smell — nothing. Just quiet, invisible reliability, which is exactly what you want from a cooling component. I will update this review if there are any issues. If you're a Sienna owner staring down a cooling system job, stop second-guessing yourself. The Radiator RDA80033 sold by TRQ delivers factory-quality fit with real-world performance to match. Worth every penny, and then some.

Experienced the commonly reported leaking radiator on the driver's side. Supposedly it has been blamed on Jeep chassis flex. Anyways, this shipped and arrived fairly quickly. Once I removed the old radiator, I had to move two sets of rubber bumpers on each side to the new radiator, along with the side rubber/plastic pieces to clip it into the front frame. There may have been a change after 2011 because there is an extra top front mount point on the passenger side that interfered with this side's rubber piece. No big deal, just cut a hole so the mount could poke through. The petcock also is closed in a different orientation than my stock radiator, but there was no leakage of coolant once I filled it, so no problem. Otherwise, this fit perfectly, and I no longer spew coolant during and after drives. Don't forget to move your radiator cap over to this. It would also be a good opportunity to change out the coolant overflow tank to something that's less of an eyesore. I am not sure about the warranty. This same product on other sites has a lifetime warranty, but TRQ website seemsm to have a blanket 24 month warranty. Time will tell.

Exact fit, no issues. Happy with my purchase.

All holes lined up perfect !!! Worked out well...

Was the correct radiator I'm needing, box was delivered damaged with clear tape in side of box where damage is

I was glad to get this on Amazon and not have to pay for an OEM radiator.

Exact match for my brother's 07 camry v.6 3.5 LE. Easy to install and everything clipped and lined up. We will see if it stands the test of time.

Perfect life saver 👌 exactly what I needed n next day delivery 💪 my family appreciates y'all 🙏 God send

Near direct replacement of original. Same core thickness. The only difference is that it doesn't have the molded tabs that hold the square nuts in place like the original. Instead it simply has holes, and a bag with metal tabs is provided to accept the original screws. I opted to reuse the original square nuts so did not need these generic metal tabs. Other than that it is a perfect fit. It is made in Taiwan and not China, which played an important role for me when buying, the small difference in price is worth it in my opinion. Taiwan stuff is historically better than Chinese. If you need a new radiator for your Sebring, get this one. You won't be disappointed. I replaced it by myself with the help of a Haynes repair manual, and saved a $1k bill from the shop.

I got it in and it works. Lower rating due to fitment. Quality seems fine. It doesn’t perfectly go into a 2010 TDI 6-spd like the fitment check said. I had to grind out some of the metal beside the radiator spot. The sides of this rad are slightly larger than factory.

La caja venía maltratada y el Producto dañado de una parte posterior estoy en la etapa de devolución, no lo recomiendo.

Bought this as a replacement radiator for my E39 (M54 engine). Fit was correct, but within a short time of filling and bleeding the cooling system, I found coolant leaking from the seam where the aluminum core meets the plastic tank, right at the crimped joint. This is a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue. The tank to core seal wasn’t properly sealed at the factory, so it wept coolant under normal operating pressure. On an aluminum-core, that seam is the weak point by design, and this unit didn’t hold up even briefly.
