The bands are solid and are pretty stiffjust wish it came with a little more info about the differences between the bands, but thats just personal preference

My friends and I are completely hooked on these. I use these everyday in my workouts in the gym or at home. I like that these come in different sizes making it easier to help target different areas. The best part is that you get to see and feel the results after a few days use. Amazing!

Initially, my interest in buying these sets of band was for the unique maroon colored band that other brands don't carry. And I would've been happy with just the one band, had it sold alone. However, when I got it, I realized the fabric material (of them all) was made of a type of material that was way too dense for me, not stretchy as I would've liked, causing too much resistance (or a type of inflexible resistance) than I was expecting. I did wanted (or expected) a strong powerful resistance, since I'm fairly fit, with the ability to squat 100 reps in set (without a resistance band, if I wanted to). But this material just wasn't at all the flexible fabric type of band that I was searching for.

Great for lower body workouts. I can definitely see a difference in my glutes

These are great. Challenging resistance and non slip or roll.

Horrible. No stretch at all. Every band is the same tightness. Way to tight.
