Do all the blimp sizes (6,7,10+m) have the same thickness/toughness in pvc skin?  can a tougher material be ordered? (shelia)

Question 2

How many tether lines are needed to secure the blimp?  Trying to determine what would be needed to secure this to a roof of a building.

Thanks for your inquiry!
You'll need 10 tether ropes, 5 on each side of the blimp. We'll provide some short ropes, you'll just need to add your own to as long as you need.

Please note that you don't need to fill it all helium. It needs around 1/2 helium, and 1/2 air. You may first fill in helium and watch it, as long as it can fly up, then fill in regular air. This is also a way to avoid the blimp to fly away too easily.

How much cubic feet of helium is needed for this blimp?

10M blimp volume: 35 cube meter; net weight: 18 KG
Normally 1 cube meter of helium can lift 1 KG's weight. So for this 10M blimp, you'll need around 18-20 cube meter of helium to lift it up.

* So you don't need to fill it all helium. It needs around 1/2 helium, and 1/2 regular air. You may first fill in helium and just watch it, as long as it can fly up, then fill the left part with regular air.

In your response you mentioned that if intake valve is well tighten, one will need to refill a little helium every 7-10 days, how much approx (cube?)

Balloon volume :  35 cubic meter (1250 cubic feet),  net weight: 18 KG. 
Please note that you don't need to fill it with 100% helium. It needs only around 1/2 helium, and 1/2 regular air. You may first fill in helium and watch it, as long as it can fly up, then fill in regular air.  
Because normally 1 cubic meter of helium can lift around 1KG's weight.
