Love it. It is easy to handle and taste fresh and good.

Tastes really GOOD. I take it by the tablespoon. Also great for frying.

Perilla Oil, where have you been my whole life?????? WOW! To be clear, this is my first time trying Perilla Oil, so please take that into consideration. I have no other experience to compare it to. The reason I purchased it is for the health benefits. I've been looking for an healthy organic oil with a relatively high omega 3 to 6 ratio and high enough smoke point to saute with, and there aren't many options. I'm trying the ones I can find...but since health is my primary focus, I'm seeking an organic oil, which this product isn't, thus loses a star. Also, it preferably will be packed completely plastic-free and this gets another strike because the lid is plastic, but since the bottle is a high quality strong dark glass, at least I know now that the product is in my home, I can minimize the food's exposure to the plastic. So...again, my primary goal here was finding a genuinely healthy oil, and if I find a similar one in a similar package that IS organic, this one will immediately be dropped from my shopping list, but until a better one comes along, I'm as satisfied as I could be and the taste is absolutely wonderful! I used it to make a tofu veggie saute and it was spectacular, leaving me with the genuine impression of "where have you been my whole life?" I love, love, love asian food, but it is just so hard to prepare at home and never comes out remotely close to what I'm able to find at good asian restaurants, but this formerly missing ingredient may have just changed that. I really hope they'll ditch the plastic lid and replace with a good quality metal lid and offer an organic option, but for now this is a really great start. This was such an unexpected pleasant surprise. I've only used it once and was SO impressed, I knew I was going to have to go out of my way and write a review on it. Unless you can find an organic version (please come back here and mention if you do for others desperately seeking safe and healthy food items, along with the name, where to buy it, etc.), this will be the next best thing, and again... at least the majority of the packaging is a strong, quality glass. Absolutely fit the bill and I can't wait to cook with it again!

I use this for my skincare! As a body oil, moisturizer, and to take my makeup off! My skin is basically perfect. It's super rich in omega3 fatty acids and antioxidants. I kiiinda stink tbh but I don't care lol. I rather smell kinda weird sometimes in exchange for these awesome benefits. This is a super underrated oil :)

Has a very nutty flavor but it doesnt affect the food flavor. It is very pricey.

This Korean perilla oil has a great, authentic aroma. However, buyers should be aware that perilla oil has a relatively short shelf life and sensitive stability. My recent bottle arrived with only 7 months remaining before expiration. Since this oil oxidizes quickly once opened, it’s best for those who plan to use it daily rather than occasional cooking.

I use to buy this locally but can't find it anymore. I was so happy to find it here on Amazon. I use this to replace sesame oil in recipes. I get horrible acid reflux from the sesame oil but not from this. And it tastes exactly the same to me.
