This really is the best. I did not know that you can actually tell the difference in something like this. I was using a cheaper brand and found these on sale somewhere. They really made a difference in my sleep. I take them at night with vitamin D. The others I was using did not help sleep.

magnesium glycinate is a good product is a good product but the only complaint I have is that it’s a pretty large pill and I’ve had to take it mixed with applesauce is not the best taste.

Great for me. Feel it whenever am out of the medication

I’ve been using for 5-6 months and I find them really useful. I hardly ever have foot and calf cramping and my tremors are hardly noticeable, I rarely have them. However, these pills are quite large and I find myself chocking a lot. That can be very scary at times. Trying to find another brand that may have smaller pills but so far I’ve had no luck. Not sure why they make these so larger.

Obviously everyone’s body is different and this isn’t medical advice, but for my situation, this has been very helpful for both heart rhythm and overall relaxation. It’s now something I plan to keep taking regularly, and I’m glad I gave this brand a try.
