Hard wax is less painful than other waxing methods because it only adheres to the hair, not the skin. Pain tolerance varies by person, so what is too much for some is barely noticeable for others.

As a beginner, are there any important things I should know before waxing?

The hair should be about 1/4 inch long for the wax to grip it effectively; Do not use wax within 2 hours after taking a shower or sunbathing; Avoid using wax on broken or irritated skin.

Why some comments say it's too sticky?

The wax may be perceived as too sticky due to factors like overheating, thick application, or high room humidity. Adjusting the heating temperature, applying a thinner layer and allowing sufficient cooling time can help promote better hardening.

Why do the wax beads for hair removal break?

Hard wax can break if the wax application is too thin or if it is left on the skin for too long. To avoid this, apply a thicker layer of wax and let it rest on the skin for about 30-40 seconds before removal.

I am dissatisfied with the product I bought.
