Broadlink RM PRO+ Universal WIFI Remote Controller with Latest wall mounting kit and Indian 2 Pin USB adapter (included in package), For Home Automation

When I ordered the product I had my doubts as Alexa and Google Home have just shortly launched in India and do not support everything that they do outside India. There are cheaper variants available on amazon but still I went with this seller as he seemed to be offering a better deal with the wall hanging thing and the cute clock.I wasn't disappointed. Awesome product and worth a buy. Got my AC and TV set up in a short time. My TV model was not present in the list of predefined remotes however the device does have an option to configure new remotes so I did that and it worked flawlessly.Point to note is you may have to use some simple hacks to get some devices working via this remote using Google Home and Alexa. I own both so I know it. Anyways if you are planning to buy something like this then definitely go for this. Worth the money and 4 times cheaper than the counterpart Harmony Hub.

I have to give 3 Star for this. this device doesn't work with Airtel DTH. it can learn all the keys from the remote but doesn't work. not sure if there is a different way yo do it.I have google home, it recognize only the scenes you create.

Writing this review after 4 months of usage .When i bought this i was ready to wait for the alexa India Skill . But the wait was just too long for them to release it . Wrote to various customer support to avail no relief and finally it was released after months of wait . Some people had to wait more for the Skill to release depending on when they purchasedNow comming to the part of its working the built quality is top notch my rm pro fell down from a height of 2 meter and nothing happened .Suggesting a very good built quality . Had lot of issue eariler in setting up, as my wifi router was with dual band 2.5Ghz /5 GHZ and ISP was HathwayHowever when i disabled 5Ghz the Broadlink can be setup smoothlyWas not working with ALexa till Feb 19, however presently working smoothlyAlso works for RF remote

Most of the time it is not working with Alexa. Same scene or device works with IHC app.Alexa says OK but no IR getting blasted. It is very disappointing after waiting so many months for Indian Language and now it is not working. IHC app has been removed from Play Store.Alex support is only for TV and Setup box. There is no Alexa support for Custom remotes and other type of devices.Buttons icons for cudtomized remotes are limited and only for TV, Setup box and ACNo list of predefined/popular Setup Box remotes.How to differetiate between ON and OFF. Mostly remotes have single button for On/Off. It is creating problem during creation of scene.

The device does what it says but there are much better options available in the market. The features are a bit outdated. You can get a better product by paying a little bit more

I am using it to control my sony tv and samsung speakers. Many people online claims it does not work properly in some countries. I too faced some issues initially but those are mostly due to alexa and not broadlink. You have to keep some unique name for devices like sony tv instead of just "tv" because alexa gets confused over multiple devices. And whenever it does not work first blame could be alexa services are down. Whatsapp support from seller is very helpful

One of the best remotes in the market.Loved the learning function and setting it up was a breeze. It would be great if it was battery operated.
