This product is very good in helping to relax, have used it in hot water fermentation for leg pains and have got lot of relief. Only con is the pungent smell when you open the cover, not a problem after you dissolve in water

Packet is well sealed. Recieved in good condition. Also the salt inside is well preserved and fresh and free from any contact with moisture from outside. Good for salt bath and relieving pain. Use specially for foot ache with warm water and it is good relief from pain.

Mesmara Epsom Salt.
Epsom salt is a high source of magnesium and this product from Mesmara is a genuine high-quality Epsom salt. I have tried making bath bombs out of it which turned pretty good along with some lavender oil it just enhanced my stress-relieving methods. When used properly and in the right techniques this salt provides stress relief and great pain relief too! I will totally recommend this product! Also, there are lots of methods mentioned online on how to use Epsom salt, which can be a lot helpful.
