good product, great customer service
Good producct, works well. Online video instructions probably clearer than the paper version. Had an issue with one of the parts - just asked and a couple of spare parts were delivered to my door for free a couple of days later. That's really great.

Instructions not very clear
Takes a bit of working out from the instructions included but works OK once you know which bit goes where and how. Probably not great if you're a novice but those with some experience will be fine
