Nice taste
Bought this as a healthy alternative to sugar- I’m hoping the calorie count is correct (14 cals per tea spoon) so far the taste is very nice -like caramel, but it’s too soon to notice any major differences as yet.,

Amazing taste.
As we only use a small quantity of sugar in our house we decided this would be a healthier option for us. We all love the taste, it has caramel like flavour which is amazing in coffee. And it's great for baking too as we use 30% less sugar due to its great taste in our favourite recipes.

Coconut sugar gives a better flavour to all that I’ve made using this sugar so far. Very happy with this product- does taste sweeter so often use half coconut & half caster sugar.

Superior alternatiave to cane sugar
I have been using this in baking to provide a healthier (non-insulin spiking) option, and it works a treat. I use half the amount stated in recipe, and this is sufficient.It does alter the colour to a darker brown - but as I use wholemeal flour, this is not too noticeable.I would not be without this, although have not tried any other brand.
