True Fluorescent
I was looking to expand my colored pencil options. I liked the neon colors. They were not too pricey at under $10. (I ordered the MASTERART Metallics and the Pastels, as well.) These pencils are pre-sharpened and packaged with a small strip of foam to protect the tips. The cores are soft and creamy but durable enough to not break the tip when freshly sharpened. They draw and color well. I wasn't expecting these colored pencils, all 12 of them, to be true fluorescent! They glow under black light! It's hard to believe they don't advertise this. It's common for items labeled "neon" to not necessarily be fluorescent, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Satisfied enough to buy a back-up set.

These are great!
I love the neon colors! They’re bright and opaque. These are easy to color with and are decent enough to blend. I recommend these.

Great pencils provide impressive Neon colors
I didn’t have much hope for the appearance of such a reasonable set of Neon pencils but these are great. The colors are vibrant and really pop off the paper. Give them a try. At this price point you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great Colors
I love these. The colors are amazing and they are so smooth. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because if you color a lot you need to replace these constantly. If you look at my picture the pencils don’t last because the lead is so soft it runs out quickly and breaks super easily. So value for the money is oKay not the best but not absurd. Overall worth it if you want bright colors.
