Excellent laser printer ink

Was looking forward to using these rather than the HP equivalent. But after loading carefully following instructions, the magenta cartridge indicated an error message that prevented any printing; "supply memory error". Anyone know what this means? I sent email to company since they provide a business card in delivery guaranteeing 100% work with compatible printers (which mine is). It was returned indicating that he inbox for the email address suggested is full.Very disappointed. Don't have time for this. If it's a simple fix I'll be happy to change my review / rating, but would NOT recommend since you're throwing the dice to see if they are not reliable.

Colors not compatible with MFP M180nw yet this printer is listed. It took the black just fine so figured the rest would work when required. However after communicating with seller am promised full refund - much appreciated

They work just as good as the OEM onesThe printer recognizes that they are not original, but it prints no problem

Only the Black toner cartage ended up working in my MFP M180NW
