You get the total package with this seller, Patch with velcro...AND the backing!!!
Comes with velcro backing, both sides. You can sew on the fluffy side to your garment, and the patch sticks right onto it! Most places only sell the patch with the sticky side of the velcro, this seller gives everything! Will DEFINITELY buy more!
