⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me han gustado mucho estas cápsulas de colágeno marino. La combinación con vitamina C y ácido hialurónico me parece excelente para complementar mi rutina de cuidado desde adentro. Son fáciles de tomar y no dejan un sabor desagradable. Después de usarlas de forma constante, siento mi piel más hidratada y con mejor apariencia. Además, me encanta que incluyan ingredientes enfocados en piel, cabello y uñas. ¡Una muy buena opción para incorporar a la rutina diaria! 💕

Composición por dosis diaria: Colágeno marino tipo I: 1.060 mg (1,06 g) Ácido hialurónico: 100 mg Vitamina C: 80 mg (100 % del VRN) Biotina: 150 µg (300 % del VRN) Lo bueno: ✔️ Fórmula limpia y sencilla, sin aditivos innecesarios. ✔️ Buena cantidad de vitamina C para favorecer la síntesis de colágeno. ✔️ 100 mg de ácido hialurónico es una dosis razonable. Lo menos bueno: El colágeno se queda corto. La mayoría de estudios que han encontrado mejoras en la piel utilizan 2,5-5 g diarios, y para articulaciones incluso 5-10 g. Este producto aporta 1,06 g, por lo que es posible que el efecto sea más limitado. Si tu objetivo es mejorar la piel, la firmeza o las articulaciones, buscaría un producto que aporte al menos 2,5 g de colágeno hidrolizado al día, idealmente alrededor de 5 g.

Ordered this for knee pain. It does help me manage it so far but sometimes you get used to the dose and it's not as effective as at the beginning

I bought this because I’m 36 now, and I want to ensure I keep myself in semi decent working order for a good few years yet, so I’m trying to make sure I’m helping my body out as much as I can. I’ve tried collagen drinks, which were vile and I forgot to take them constantly, so I thought the tablets, and then anchored the routine to my nightly skincare so I don’t forget. The tablets are quite large, and if you keep them in your mouth too long you are gonna get a faint taste of.. the sea? Not quite fish, but definitely in that region. It’s not particularly nice flavouring, but pop the pills in your mouth and swig down with water and you’ll be fine. Now, the good part, the part worth suffering through mild fish flavours and huge pill sizes. My hair and nails have FLOURISHED. I’ve taken these for a month, just started my second bottle. My nails have grown so long. Usually when they get to this length I’ll be washing my hair or something and suddenly snag all of them and then I’m forced to bite them off. My nails feel stronger, they’re not snapping or breaking. My skin looks nice, but I do use a lot of skincare, so I can’t be 100% sure on whether it’s down to the tablets or a new product I’ve tried. Price is very reasonable for a months supply, and they do seem to work well, I will continue to buy this brand, and I would 100% recommend.

The products smells really bad (pungent rotten) when I open the bottle even though the expiry date is in two years.
