Delighted with our purchase! Having seen something very similar in a local shop priced at £130 I was originally a little sceptical that this would meet our expectations especially having read the odd review about “wet/damp post”.Having been away for a few days during mixed weather I now feel confident in reporting that this product is weather proof. There are reviews that mention the screws/fixings are not fit for purpose & we would agree with that however the additional cost for the correct fixings was minimal.I have included a picture to make it clear exactly what we are reviewing as I always find myself questioning other people’s reviews especially when their descriptions seem to vary so much! Even better we now have “perfect post” everyday! 💕🐾🐾💕

Has a few design flaws.- the screw holes are above the hole where the post goes in so trying to get the screws in is a task they have to go in at an angle 🤦‍♀️- the fastener needs bending a little to enable it to open and close properly as otherwise it catches on the metal. Looks as though there should be a rod for it to hook on but clasp on the wrong way anyway so if there was a hook it wouldn't hook?Despite that the post box is a decent size my post man has to fold A4 pamflets but letters fit in lovely. So far its kept my mail nice and dry

Bought as a Christmas gift for friends who have a naughty Westie dog which keeps attacking the front door when the postman approaches. They absolutely love it and am please we got this one (the dog is a little disappointed though!). It looks lovely on their house and does the job perfectly. At first it was thought that it leaked slighly as a few drops of water were found on the inside, but this seems to have only been the case on one occasion when the weather was particularly harsh and the wind blowing in a certain direction. All in all a good buy - looks lovely and is quite fit for purpose for a good price.

Returned to seller through Amazon not great look ok but poorly made the opening of the letter box rub against the metal when you open the the lid to collect any mail did not fit just reposted it back unused ,rubbish must have been made in China

Great looking mailbox. Well constructed, sturdy and strong and most of all rainproof. Looks amazing outside the house and is eye catching. Very easy to install with no problems. Great price from this seller as I have seen them costing so much more so after months of wet post, from my previous mailbox, this is brilliant and highly recommended. Would also make a fab gift if you are looking for something different from the norm. Very, very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for a neighbour who doesn’t have internet. It arrived a few days ahead of due date! The product was very sturdy, good proportion in size and as described by the seller. It’s now on his wall, and he is very pleased with it.
