Wish my installer had used your kit in the first place instead of the overbuilt monstrosity they put up. Your kit has the back of my house looking respectable again. I like the fact that this kit was complete, though I did go out and get a heavier set of anchors, I wouldn't have needed to. The rounded off corners are nice too.

Good hardware, easy to install and rust free. Been using it for a few months with tons of rain and no problems. The aluminum Pieces are made well and quality is high. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

This item was pretty much what I figured, although I had to add half a dozen washers of my own as there were not enough shipped with the item. PLUS, additional washers are required IMHO to keep the aluminum pieces from collapsing as the bolts holding them together are tightened. Still a good item but the picture is deceiving and you don't get all the parts you need. Other than that, great . . . I guess.

Good unit. It is a bit out of square, and the horizontal part tilts back about 1/4", but when weight is put on, it tends to become level. Probably a nice touch.

It works. Easy to put together, and hasn't fallen off the wall yet.

I would definitely not use this product again. Aluminum pices seems to be well made. Everything else is garbage! Nuts and bots would use something better made.

This mount worked really well for me. I used it to mount a Pioneer ductless mini split two zone outdoor unit. The only problem that my contractor encountered is that the mount does not line up with the studs in the wall. It’s not the correct distance apart to match up with studs. But that’s not the mount manufacturer’s fault. That’s a Pioneer thing. So, be prepared to have to build a mount for the mount. I went to Lowe’s and got some U-channel steel and mounted that, horizontally, to the studs and then mounted the bracket to the u-channel steel. It worked great.
