It does what it says it can do
I actually love this product. The features are pretty cool. It has music, it’s one song and it’s like elevator music, but you have the option to be able to shut it off. The pressure is not hurtful and I’m somebody with severe migraines and recently a sinus infection. It has a heating feature, and the only thing I think bothers me in a slight bit is that the inside of the mask is vinyl so it gets a little sweaty. I would guess that cloth would be more comfortable but then again, how do you clean that so it’s a minor thing. One cycle of it is about 15 minutes, which I find is enough to relax and soothe my aching eyes. The pulse is gentle on your eyelids and just a little bit stronger on your temples. I recently used it on a 10 hour flight and not only didn’t help me fall asleep, but I really wasn’t aware of what was going around me. This is one of the cheaper versions of this machine and I thought I’d be disappointed, but I am not. It charges by a USB and hold that charge for quite a long time. The straps are adjustable to the size of your head. There’s a sense of heaviness to it but nothing uncomfortable. If you suffer from sinusitis or migraines, I would definitely get it. I am going to purchase one for my friend

The perfect antidote to a long day!
This eye mask is SO much fun! When you charge it and turn it on, you hear a little welcome massage!! The direction book shows you how to easily cycle through different settings. Our favorite is the automatic setting, which has vibration, heat, and variations of pressure (like, inflating and deflating around the eye). The unit itself is pretty sleek and very easy to keep clean. How did I not know that something like this existed? This makes for an excellent gift too. I love that it can be easily plugged in and recharged.

Great buy for people who need help napping
I'm really happy with this purchase. Great value for the money! I like the fit of it, it's snug an comfortable. I love that it heats up and there are three levels for heat although I could use more heat. The material is comfortable and looks easy to clean, I have no issue wearing this for multiple 15 minute cycles. Hug bonus is that it's Bluetooth enabled. I can listen to my music or my YouTube sleep talkdowns while it does it's thing. Four buttons, which are large and easy to feel on the exterior so you don't have to remove the mask to change the functions (convenient). Works well for its intended purpose but I can see myself seeking an upgrade soon and giving this pair to my partner. Here's why: I was expecting more massage circulation/pressure on my actual eye balls (while closed of course) but most of the action is along the temple. Pressure isn't too extreme but I would love the option to increase it just a notch. It's not necessarily NOISY but the "power on, volume off, blue tooth connected, heat level, etc." messages are too loud if your partner is sleeping beside you. This isn't something you just slip on at 3am if you need to get back to bed and don't want to disturb your partner. The massaging mechanisms themselves are also too loud for a sleeping bed too, in my opinion. This device is not noise cancelling and they shouldn't market it as such. It doesn't have noise cancelling capabilities, it's an eye mask not an ear mask and as much as someone close will hear the commands and mechanics coming from your mask, you will hear everything around you so they shouldn't list that as a feature at all. Overall, great buy for airplane rides, naps, and decompressing after work or before bed just not as powerful or quiet as what I am specifically looking for.

So Relaxing
Love these!! They sit comfortably over your eyes and temples. There is a little massager ball that rolls around your temple area. The heat is great for relaxing after being on screens all day. It has auto shutoff which is great because I can fall asleep using them :) Does help me wind down and go to sleep at night. Love this, definitely worth it!

Good air pressure feature / Terrible heating feature
Wanted: Steamy Eye Relief. Got: Lukewarm Disappointment. Why I Bought It: I've got chronic dry eyes and my doctor has me doing warm compresses twice a day for five minutes. This eye mask promised to heat up to 113°F, hotter than most, so I figured I'd found my holy grail. What It Gets Right: Air Pressure Massage: Surprisingly good. The pneumatic function offers firm, rhythmic pressure around the eyes and temples, great if you're chasing tension relief or headache help. Bluetooth Setup: Easy. But don't expect hi-fi audio. It sounds like you're overhearing your friend's music through the wall, very "meh." Build & Comfort: Lightweight, fits well, and feels soft on the skin. I had high hopes. But Then... The Heat: The selling point for me, the heat, was a total letdown. It doesn't come close to 113°F. It doesn't even match my sister's Caring Mill by Aura mask, which tops out at 107°F and is still noticeably hotter, more consistent, and more effective. This one barely gets warm, and when it does, it doesn't last. Mode Breakdown: Automatic Mode: Pneumatic & vibration both active. Heat is applied only to the upper half, mostly across the brow area. Massage feels balanced, but heat is barely noticeable Eye Care Mode: Best massage performance of all the modes. Entire mask heats up (yay!) - but only for 3 minutes before cooling off (boo). This is the warmest it ever got, but still nowhere near what's advertised. Timed it per doctor's orders. Confirmed: short-lived heat Vitality Mode: Functions fine. Mild massage, but nothing memorable. Heat is minimal here, and adds little value Comfort Mode: No exaggeration: my hands are warmer. Felt cold to the touch. Seriously, what happened here? Definitely not comforting. Bottom Line: I charged it fully. I tested every mode. I even rooted for it. If you want an air-pressure eye massage and don't care about heat, this could work for you. But if you're here because your eyeballs feel like sandpaper and you need therapeutic warmth? This isn't it. Keep scrolling.

very relaxing
This thing is awesome. I bought it because I wanted the heat more than the massage but it's so enjoyable together, words can't express. I look at computer screens all day but I didn't buy these because of that. I have allergies and sinus issues and was looking for something to help with the pressure and pain. The heat is perfect, just warm enough to be relaxing. The massage is great too and putting them both together is amazing. It has helped settle down the pressure and pain so win/win. I turn the music off and yes, there is noise from the massager however I found the rhythm to be oddly relaxing as well. Overall, I'm glad that I purchased this item - affordable and works great!

Heavily Restricted Use Torture Devise
First be warned that this eye massagers directions don’t recommend using it if you are elderly, pregnant, if you have brain conditions, eye conditions, any physical or mental disorder, osteoporosis, have undergone any eye surgery, have cataracts, glaucoma, retinal detachment, pacemaker or any other implanted medical device, heart conditions, tumors, high or abnormal blood pressure, skin sensitivities, if you are not an adult, are being treated for any medical condition, et. al. Remove contact lens before using this device – this I could understand after I tried it out. If anyone is left who wants to try it, this is my experience: I charged it, read the directions, strapped it on and turned it on. A voice came on telling me what mode I was running and then played some tunes. I could feal vibration on my forehead - so far, so good. Then it felt like someone’s thumbs were pressing on my eyeballs – harder and harder until I couldn’t take it, then suddenly the pressure was quickly released. I was panting so hard and I’m sure my blood pressure spiked but before I could catch my breath the thumb pressure started again. I did not find it relaxing and don’t believe it is therapeutic to the eyes. I’m disappointed and returning this item, which is rare for me. It has a lot of great reviews and appears to be a quality product. So maybe I got a defective one.

You will like it or you won't. Its a preference issue. I am a big fan
I love this thing. I get severe headaches (of all types-sinus, migraine and tension) and its a great tool in my toolbox of remedies. I find it a godsend. I have now bought others to give to my bestie and my sister. Is it right for everyone? No. First, turn on the Bluetooth and either play something you like or nothing at all to stop the tinker toy music. Second, adjust the strap to get the right pressure for you. Third, yep, its hard plastic and you can't just easily lay on your side with it on. I have read the negative reviews, and they are mostly about preference. You will like it or you won't. I am a big fan, and it often eliminates or reduces my head pain.

Schade

very sturdy
Sturdy item works well. very soothing . Doesn't get as warm as hoped . would be better with different heat settings . The music is annoying as can't lower or mute . So if sharing a bed could be annoying to partner. Would work well with an app . So you could adjust volume or music
