Plant based or Bird Feather Based ?
Excellent plant based glutamine . Extremely helpful for post workout recovery or repairing the gut. I normally start my day with 8-10 ounces of water and 1 scoop of glutamine . Sometimes I add an additional scoop ,in my protein shake, to boost recovery . I highly recommend Kaged Muscle, L-Glutamine !

Little to no DOMS
I notice a huge difference in my DOMS when I'm using this glutamine. It mixes easily, leaving no chunks. Tasteless.

Kaged has the best L-Glutamine and have been buying the past 7 years taking 1 scoop daily. During my workouts I'll sip on it mixed with my EAA'S Intra workout.

Favorite powder
My favorite glutamine powder. No added fillers. I do have a sensitive stomach and for those who do too I suggest adding a little at a time everyday so your stomach can get used to it. If you add it all at once your stomach will be in knots. I used this mainly for recovery after workouts but has many other health benefits
