Bought two of these to replace the ones that came with our doors. With the older ones, you could see light coming through. With these, no light, tighter fit, and more importantly, they keep small bugs from coming in which was beginning to be a problem as well with the older strips. Super easy to install. Only issue what so ever is that you need to get them in the place that you want as they are not easy to remove or adjust once installed. However, once installed, you will LOVE this difference in comfort.

We moved into a new construction, about 7 years ago, and we recently got a dog who tore up our weather stripping. The branding on it was “q-Lon”. It was great quality but when I did a search, it wasn’t sold in retail stores and I was unable to find anyone who Sold what I was needing. It seemed that specific brand was only available to contractors. I ran across this on amazon and it ended up being a perfect match. The color and the material were very, very similar. It was very easy to install since the other product was made for a product that was similar in how it was installed. When I need to replace the remaining door frames I will absolutely buy this product again.

Blocks air from coming in or going out. Soft and pliable. Sticks well! Quality material.

I got to this product after following a search for the door vendor installed in my house. Which is a wood frame with metal door. The tab that locks the seal into the frame was not thick enough for a wood frame. i.e. the barbs were not catching. However I was able to put some self adhesive foam sealant tape onto this tab. After doing that, it locked in nicely and is working well.

I gave 3 stars as I consider 3 to represent the item as advertised. Not exceptionally outstanding nor below average. It is exactly what I wanted. It is installed and working as I expected.I have heard people complain that theirs came bent or rolled up. Well, these came in an 8 foot box, no bends at all. It was too long to go in our postman's car so I had to drive to the post office to pick it up. Imagine, a box, 8 feet long, about 10"X10" square with foam weather stripping probably weighing less than a pound. I had to show the post office people what it was as they couldn't understand why the box was so light.No problem, I do recommend this.

As advertised. Thick and durable. Left a very good seal on a door that didn’t have a good fit to the door jam. It wasn’t easy getting the guide to fit into the channel in the door jam. But once installed it’s a very tight fit and I’m not worried about it coming out.
