Delicious, spicy and meaty
This yellow croaker fish snack is delicious. It is tender on the inside and a little crisp on the outside. It is well seasoned and has a savory taste with a medium spicy kick to it. It packs a good load of protein. It is great to snack on while camping, backpacking, or just hanging out with friends and family. Overall, we really like this fish snack. It is delicious, spicy and meaty. Pairs well with beer. It comes individually wrapped inside 2 retail packs. I would recommend giving it a try. Good stuff!

Very flavorful (but not dried fish)
These Yellow Croaker fish pieces come in a two pack. In each pack , there are several fish pieces, each of which are individually sealed. The fish itself is not dry. It is tender, more stewed than anything else, or baked and then left to marinade in the sauce. The texture is a teensy bit chewy on the outside, and then tender on the inside. The pieces are very flavorful. The fish is a bit on the spicy side though , but all in all , this fish is very delicious to eat.
