Best Water Flosser I have used so far.
I have tried no fewer than 10 water flossers in my life. This is my favorite for convenience, portability, water stream power, how it fits in my hand, and size. It about 2 years using it twice a day, the batteries last about 3 weeks, and it needs to be cleaned every 1-2 weeks. ( germs from your dirty mouth and the bathroom build up.) I wish it had a rechargeable option, and I wish it was easier to disassemble for cleaning. Again I have not found anything I liked better.

Works well and water pressure is good
Bought a second one for a different houses. First one is over 7 years old and going well. The trick is to use good rechargeable battery. Fujitsu. It's better than my waterpik and last longer on trips. Easily last 2 weeks for 2 adults. This uses only 2 AA battery, where the Waterpik used 3 AAA (and did not feel as strong). Easy to clean was also what I had like. Just pull it apart and you can reach everything. The only minor complain is the cap to the battery housing is a little hard to twist off. I guess that offset the tight seal as I have never had water issues or seepage into the batter compartment and compact. It also stands upright and stable, don't wobble and easily get knock over. Folding down to a small cylinder help when travelling.

Stopped working after months
I purchased this flosser in February and I loved it so much for travel and home. However it has just stopped working in the last month. This is so unacceptable - I welcome assistance with a replacement but it doesnโt seem to be available on the website! Sooo disappointing!!!!

Reliable Powerful Water Flosser
I have used many brands of waterjet flossers, including various models of Panasonic models. I have several EW-DJ10, and EW-DJ40. Both of them work quite well, and the batteries can last many minutes of flossing. However, they are both difficult to clean. This new model is great. This new model flosses as well as the older models, but it is lighter and much easier to clean because the bottom can be easily removed for thorough cleaning. I love it. Highly recommended. There is no need to try other brands and models.

not perfect yet, but I like it
Compact, effective, reliable. My experience with Panasonic dental irrigators informs me that they work for about 8 or 10 years, then you must get a new one. This current replacement displaces the older model, which had the battery loading port on top. The new model leaves room for improvement, because you must disassemble it to load the battery on the interior of the gadget. On the other hand, the new battery loading port requires no nickel or similar coin, but opens with a finger. Since our enlightened modern age has achieved the obsolescence of pocket change, we must regard this as a step forward. Not even this new Panasonic model has achieved perfection yet, I must give it less than a perfect five stars.

Excellent overall
This is the best water flosser Iโve used. I actually like it better than my sonicare. The force of the water is very strong but comfortable. It is noticeable that it gets weaker as the battery starts to fade but I use rechargeable so I just charge them again. And of course this is great for travel. Very good product update: its probably best not to store the tip in the recommended spot on the side of the body while traveling since its not very secure. Korean airport security went through my carryon, took this out and when I arrived home I noticed that the tip was missing. Panasonic charges $11 for replacement tips. I really like this flosser but I'm pretty annoyed.

Reservoir cap detaches easily.
Does the job. Very powerful. But cap over the water reservoir detaches easily. Hard to snap back on and very tiny. Manuf could make this part bigger and more secure.

WEAK
I think swishing water around in my mouth is about as effective as this thing is, given how low the pressure is at the nozzle tip. I commend them for finding a way to make one that can be put into checked baggage (using old-style, disposable alkaline batteries, which of course has its own drawback). But the pump is disappointingly weak. I had purchased a different travel water flosser here at Amazon, but it had two other faults: โข The rechargeable lithium ion batteries were not removable, so the whole thing had to go in my carry-on bag due to FAA safety regulations. โข It physically broke when I was putting the water tank back on.
