AWESOME

This was the first apple gift card that I ever purchased. I delayed opening the card for about 6 weeks. When it did not work to start with I was thinking the card had been drained of the money. I contacted Amazon but it was an ai bot which was not helpful. Then I contacted apple and they had it straitened out in about 1 minute. So I am satisfied that I got what I paid for. And I will be comfortable with the Amazon gift card service because this is the first time in the last 20 years I have had a small but resolvable issue.

This Apple Physical Gift Card made a great gift, simple and easy to give without overthinking it. No issues redeeming it, straightforward process from start to finish. Always a safe, reliable choice when you're not sure exactly what someone wants from the Apple ecosystem.

One star is way to much for purchasing this Apple gift card. Purchased it and sent it as a gift to a missionary. They went to use it and it showed no usable funds were on it. Contacted Amazon and they said that they couldn't help, and directed me to Apple to rectify the issue. Apple sent me a email specifying what items they needed to determine the legitimacy of a reimbursement. I gathered the necessary items and sent them to Apple. Apple then followed with another email telling me that the items had to be laid out in my photo file in a specific way. Once again, I complied. I then received another email from Apple telling me that the photo of one item they needed wasn't framed in the picture like they wanted. Once again, I complied and precisely framed in this item. This continued on over and over again with Apple demanding frivolous corrections to their required documents to prove of the purchase of this gift card. I finally relented and gave them what they wanted which was giving up. I spent more than $200.00 worth of my time trying to be reimbursed for my purchase. Screw Amazon and Apple for their lack of assistance to help resolve this issue. I don't recommend purchasing any Apple gift card through Amazon it's obviously a scam to place charges on your account and pocket the money!!

I get these cards as gifts for family and friends as almost every one of them has an Apple account or phone so it is just easier for me to get these cards. Most stores now only sell one card at a time so getting them as gifts now has become harder which is why I get them on Amazon.
